Men's Health
Health statistics for men are not that impressive! More men than women get diagnosed with cancer and more men die from it. There are many suggested theories about why this is so but one thing we do know is that you can reduce your risk and the sooner you get diagnosed and treated, the better the chances are of having a good outcome.
So if you are one of those blokes who don’t know a lot about their health, or you know a chap who could do with some information, check out the following:-

Movember is an annual, month-long celebration of the moustache, highlighting men’s health issues, specifically prostate cancer and depression in men.
Mo Bros, supported by their Mo Sistas, start Movember (November 1st) clean shaven and then have the remainder of the month to grow and groom their moustache. During Movember, each Mo Bro effectively becomes a walking billboard for men’s health and, via their Mo, raises essential funds and awareness for Movember’s men’s health partners – the Cancer Society and the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
Since starting in Australia in 2003, Movember has continued to grow each year, both in terms of participation numbers and funds raised.
With the Movember funds it has received the Cancer Society has undertaken a wide variety of projects.
Liam Hemsworth looks awfully dapper in a fashion spread in the September issue of Men's Health magazine. The hunky actor and fiancé of Miley Cyrus, who is the cover boy for the fashion-focused issue of the popular men's health and fitness magazine, wears a blue-and-white gingham shirt that was custom made by Houston's Hamilton Shirts at the request of Men's Health editors.
The shirt, which retails for $365 at Hamilton Shirts' Richmond Avenue headquarters, complements the Ermenegildo Zegna navy suit ($2,300) and pocket square ($195), Breitling Transocean Chronograph watch ($7,900) and Florsheim by Duckie Brown black wingtips ($650) that Hemsworth wears in the photograph.

We imagine that Hemsworth, 22, will keep the shirt since it was made for him, but we're laying bets on how soon it will show up on Cyrus. Just last month, the 19-year-old actress stepped out on the streets of Philadelphia in a plaid men's shirt that looked suspiciously like it was pilfered from Hemsworth's closet.
In the magazine, Hemsworth, who had a supporting role in The Hunger Games and co-stars in the upcoming The Expendables 2, addresses his fashion tastes and other topics (these quotes were compiled by USA Today):
On his red carpet style: "I like suits that are fitted. And I usually stick to grays, whites, and blacks."
On Cyrus' opinion of him in a suit: "All women think men look good in suits. To be honest, I like the way they look too."
On his grueling workouts with a Navy SEAL and following the Paleo Diet to prepare for his role in The Hunger Games: "My character was spending most of his life in a state of hunger, and I wanted to get a sense of that, physically and mentally."
On training for The Hunger Games: "I literally had to wait a half hour after each session before I drove anywhere, I had to lay on the ground until I could breathe properly again."
On changing his diet to prepare for The Hunger Games: "It was tough because I'm an eater. If I have one addiction in life, it's probably food."
On the occasional Krispy Kreme binge: "You gotta get, like, 24 and eat all of them. I lose my mind. Go crazy. Krispy Kreme fever!"
On his older brothers Luke and Chris: "I used to wear my brothers' hand-me-downs, which were all too big on me."
On his hair as a teenager: "I used to have an afro--like Will Ferrell in Semi-Pro. It was bleached blond from the sun. I was tall and awkward. I was not cool."
